2023 Star Ratings for Medicare Advantage Plans Decline as Pandemic-Era Adjustments End

Approximately 51% of Medicare Advantage (MA) plans with prescription drug coverage (PD) will have an overall rating of four or more stars in 2023, down from 68% in 2022, (260 contracts), according to the latest Star Ratings that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released October 6.
