U.S. Court in Illinois Tosses Antitrust Action Against Mallinckrodt, Express Scripts

A federal district court in Illinois dismissed March 23 an action alleging Mallinckrodt ARD, Inc. and Express Scripts Inc. violated antitrust laws and consumer protection statutes by engaging in conduct that resulted in supra-competitive prices for the specialty drug Acthar.
