Home Health Care Company, Owner Agree to Settle Medicaid Fraud Allegations

U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine Halsey B. Frank announced June 10 that Noble Home Health Care, Inc. and its owner Mohamed A. Hassan have agreed to pay $111,200.46 to settle allegations that they submitted false claims to MaineCare.
