OIG Says No Sanctions for Employing Excluded Chiropractor to Market Workers’ Comp Programs

The Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG) would not impose sanctions on a medical practice that employed a chiropractor who was excluded from participating in federal health care programs to perform market its workers’ compensation programs, according to an advisory opinion posted May 25.
