Physician Settles False Claims Allegations

Dr. George Osei-Bonsu, M.D., Palladium Primary Care, P.A., and Premiere Health Care Plus, P.A., have reached a $330,000 settlement to resolve allegations that they submitted false claims to Medicaid and Medicare, Sandra J. Hairston, Acting U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of North Carolina and North Carolina Attorney General (AG) Josh Stein, announced June 21.
