CMS Issues Medicaid Proposal for Value-Based Deals with Drug Makers

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a proposed rule (85 Fed. Reg. 37286) aimed at easing the way for state Medicaid programs and private payers to enter value-based deals with drug manufacturers.
