Physician Pleads Guilty to “Pill Mill” Scheme, Health Care Fraud

Dr. Felicia Lyn Donald, who practiced medicine at For Women OB/GYN Associates and NOVA Addiction Center, pled guilty May 4 for leading a prescription “pill mill” scheme that resulted in the illegal distribution of Schedule II controlled substances, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia G. Zachary Terwilliger announced May 4.
