California Appeals Court Finds Drug Label Adequately Warned of Side Effects

A lower court properly granted summary judgment to Janssen Pharmaceuticals in a products liability action based on its finding that the drug label at issue contained an adequate warning about adverse side effects, the Court of Appeal of California said in an unpublished October 13 decision.
