D.C. Circuit Greenlights CMS' Expansion of Site-Neutral Payment Policy for Hospital Outpatient Departments

The D.C. Circuit reversed July 17 a lower court rule that nixed the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' (CMS') expansion of site-neutral payments for hospital outpatient services through the agency's annual update to the outpatient prospective payment system (OPPS).
