Supreme Court Will Consider Disability Discrimination Claim Against CVS over HIV Meds

The Supreme Court agreed July 2 to review a Ninth Circuit decision allowing a disability discrimination claim against CVS Pharmacy Inc. for requiring health plan enrollees to obtain specialty medications by mail order or drop shipments to its retail stores for pick up for in-network coverage to apply.
