Minnesota Appeals Court Tosses Action Alleging Target Pharmacy’s Dispensing of Wrong Drug Dose Caused Injuries

A lower court properly dismissed a medical negligence action against Target Pharmacy for dispensing the incorrect dose of medication based on its finding that the plaintiff failed to sufficiently support his claim that the incorrect dose was the cause of his alleged injuries, the Court of Appeals of Minnesota held in an unpublished October 13 decision.
