CMS Mulling Georgia’s Waiver to Exit Federal ACA Marketplace Platform

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is asking Georgia to submit updated actuarial and economic analyses for its plan to stop using the federal Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace and instead rely on private vendors.
