Community Support Program Agrees to Pay $390,080 to Resolve False Claims Act Allegations

Bell Therapy, Inc., and its parent company, Phoenix Care Systems, Inc., agreed to pay $390,080 to resolve allegations that they caused false claims to be submitted to the Medicaid program, Acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin Richard Frohling announced September 3.
