Diagnostic Testing Lab Agrees to $8.25 Million Settlement of Medicare Fraud Allegations

Agendia, Inc., a molecular diagnostics testing company, has agreed to an $8.25 million settlement related an alleged nationwide scheme to bill Medicare for Agendia’s flagship genetic test, MammaPrint, U.S. Attorney Western District of Kentucky Russell Coleman announced July 1.
