Sixth Circuit Rejects Home Health Care Applicant’s Challenge to Kentucky’s Certificate-of-Need Law

The Sixth Circuit rejected February 14 a constitutional challenge to Kentucky’s certificate-of-need requirement brought by two individuals who sought to establish a home health care company that would focus on serving Nepali-speaking individuals in the Louisville area.
