Mallinckrodt Agrees to $234 Million Settlement of Medicaid Fraud Allegations

Mallinckrodt ARD, LLC—(formerly known as Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc.), a U.S. subsidiary of the Irish pharmaceutical company Mallinckrodt plc—will pay a $233.7 million settlement to 50 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and the federal government, multiple states announced June 16.
