U.S. Court in California Modifies Injunction of California Law Banning Pay-for-Delay Drug Settlements

A federal district court held February 15 partially modified a previously issued injunction to allow California to enforce a state law that banning “pay-for-delay” agreements as part of patent settlements if those agreements are negotiated, completed, or entered into within the state’s boarders.
