Proposed ESRD Payment Rule Looks to Spur Home Dialysis

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued July 6 a proposed rule that would boost Medicare payments under the End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Prospective Payment System (PPS) for certain new and innovative equipment and supplies used for home dialysis treatments.
