Physician Charged with Paycheck Protection Program Fraud

Dr. Eric R. Shibley has been charged in a criminal complaint with one count of wire fraud and one count of bank fraud in connections with allegations that he fraudulently sought over $3 million in Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans, the Department of Justice announced June 30.
