U.S. Court in New York Tosses ERISA, RICO Claims Against Oxford Health Alleging Prescription Drug Overcharges

A federal court in New York rejected February 22 a putative class action against Oxford Health Insurance, Inc., Optum, Inc., and Optum Rx, Inc. alleging they overcharged participants of an employer-sponsored health insurance plan for prescription drugs purchased through network, or participating, pharmacies.
