Proposed Physician Pay Rule Expands Telehealth, Updates Quality Payment Program

On July 13, 2021, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a proposed rule that updates telehealth policies and makes significant changes to the Quality Payment Program (QPP), among other things for services furnished under the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) on or after January 1, 2022.
