Vyera Pharmaceuticals to Pay up to $40 Million to Resolve Antitrust Action Alleging Drug-Price Scheme

Vyera Pharmaceutical LLC will pay up to $40 million to resolve a federal and state lawsuit alleging it jacked up the price of a life-saving drug and then used a series of anticompetitive restrictions to block cheaper options, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced December 7.
