Ninth Circuit Says Court Lacks Jurisdiction over Medicare Claims that Weren’t Presented for Final Agency Decision

The Ninth Circuit said April 27 that it had no jurisdiction to consider a physician’s claims against his local Medicare contractor because he hadn’t exhausted his administrative remedies or even presented his instant claims for a final agency decision.
