U.S. Court in Nevada Nixes Whistleblower Action Against Critical Access Hospital But Grants Leave to Amend

A federal court in Nevada dismissed a qui tam action against a critical access hospital (CAH) for allegedly falsely certifying compliance with federal regulations but said the relator should have another chance to plead his allegations that the hospital sought reimbursement for improper and unnecessary medical services, treatments, and tests.
