Former Pain Management Company CEO Handed 3.5 Years in Prison for Kickback Scheme

John Davis, the former CEO of Comprehensive Pain Specialists (CPS), was sentenced to 42 months in prison followed by one year of supervised release for his role in an approximately $4 million Medicare kickback scheme, the Department of Justice announced July 9.
