Arizona Revises Crisis Standards of Care to Protect Patients from Age, Disability Discrimination

The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) resolved a complaint against Arizona after it revised crisis standards of care (CSC) guidelines to ensure individuals don’t face discrimination based on disability or age if the state needs to ration medical resources.
