Physician Assistant Charged in $10 Million Medicare Fraud Scheme

Physician assistant Colby Edward Joyner has been charged with one count of health care fraud and six counts of making false statements relating to health care matters, Dena J. King, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina, announced July 20.
