Molina Healthcare Agrees to $4.6 Million Settlement of Fraud Allegations

Molina Healthcare, Inc. and its previously owned subsidiary, Pathways of Massachusetts, have agreed to pay $4.625 million to resolve allegations that it submitted reimbursement claims while violating several regulations related to the licensure and supervision of staff, U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts Rachael S. Rollins announced June 21.
