Drug Testing Lab Settles Kickback Allegations

Sterling Healthcare Opco, LLC d/b/a/Cordant Health Solutions (Cordant) has agreed to a $11,942,913 settlement of allegations that Cordant illegally paid kickbacks to generate urine testing business from government insured consumers, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Washington announced July 20.
