Clinical Lab Agrees to $11.6 Million Settlement of Fraud Charges

Clinical laboratory Radeas LLC has agreed to pay $11.6 million to resolve allegations that it submitted false claims for payment to Medicare for medically unnecessary urine drug testing (UDT), U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts Rachael S. Rollins announced March 31.
