Dr. Felicia Lyn Donald was sentenced to seven years in prison for leading and organizing an extensive and illegal prescription distribution conspiracy and a related health care fraud scheme, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia G. Zachary Terwilliger announced December 1.
