U.S. Court in D.C. Revives Beneficiary’s Claim That LCD Was Invalid

The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia rejected June 7 a magistrate judge’s dismissal of claims that a Medicare Local Coverage Determination (LCD) was invalid because it conflicted with a National Coverage Determination (NCD).
