U.S. District Court in Illinois Tosses Whistleblower Action Against Medicaid Managed Care Organization

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois dismissed June 8 with prejudice a qui tam lawsuit against a Medicaid managed care organization alleging it was paid a higher capitation rate for nursing home services that it wasn’t actually providing.
