Neurologist Agrees to $800,000 Settlement of Allegations of Prescribing Medically Unnecessary Drugs

Acting U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida Karin Hoppmann announced July 16 that Florida Neurological Center, LLC and its owner, Dr. Lance Kim have agreed to pay $800,000 to resolve allegations that Kim prescribed medically unnecessary and unreasonable prescription drugs.
