Dental Chain Settles Allegations of ADA Violations in Treating Patient with HIV

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has reached a settlement with a North Carolina dental chain to resolve a claim that it discriminated against a woman with HIV in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the agency announced June 17.
