Drug Distributors Reach $75 Million Settlement with Cherokee Nation to Resolve Opioid-Related Claims

Three of the nation’s largest drug distributors—Cardinal Health, McKesson, and Amerisource Bergan—will pay the Cherokee Nation roughly $75 million to resolve opioid-related claims, the companies jointly announced September 28.
