Eleventh Circuit Partially Reinstates FCA Jury Verdict Against Skilled Nursing Chain

The Eleventh Circuit reinstated roughly $255 million of an original $348 million jury verdict in a False Claims Act whistleblower action against a skilled nursing facility chain for overstating the amount of therapy administered to patients to inflate Medicare reimbursement.
