Neurosurgery Practice to Pay over $1 Million to Resolve Alleged False Claims Act Violations

Neurosurgeon Sagi M. Kuznits; his practice, Neurosurgical Care LLC; and practice director Pnina Kuznits have agreed to pay $1,017,375.03 to resolve False Claims Act allegations, First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Jennifer Arbittier Williams announced September 21.
