Community Health Systems to Pay $5 Million Multi-State Settlement for Data Breach

Community Health System Inc. will pay $5 million to 28 states to resolve their multi-year investigation of a data breach that exposed the names, birthdates, Social Security numbers, phone numbers, and addresses of 6.1 million, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced October 8.
