Tenth Circuit Finds Hospital Didn’t Discriminate in Female Physician Pay

The Tenth Circuit April 21 affirmed the dismissal of a sex discrimination action, finding there were legitimate reasons that a female physician’s pay was significantly less than several male physicians who also worked at defendant Integris Baptist Medical Center, Inc. d/b/a Nazih Zuhdi Transplant Institute.
