Pain Doc Settles Allegations of Receiving Kickbacks from Purdue Pharma, Depomed

Pain specialist Dr. Gerald M. Sacks has paid $271,259.12 to resolve allegations that he violated the False Claims Act by receiving kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies Purdue Pharma, LP and Depomed Inc., the Department of Justice announced July 18.
