The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued July 15 the calendar year (CY) 2023 Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) and ASC Payment System Proposed Rule updating OPPS and ASC payment rates by 2.7%.
