Connecticut Behavioral Health Group Settles FCA Allegations for $100,000

A behavioral health group practice will pay $100,000 to resolve False Claims Act (FCA) allegations they submitted fraudulent claims to Medicaid for psychotherapy services that were rendered by unlicensed individuals, U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut John H. Durham announced February 1.
