Another lawsuit brought by an insurer alleging providers are misusing the No Surprises Act (NSA) independent dispute resolution (IDR) process failed to gain traction, this time with the U.S. Court for the Middle District of Florida dismissing Aetna Health Inc.’s fraud action against private-equity backed Radiology Partners, Inc.
