U.S. Court in Alabama Tosses Physician’s Suit Against Former Employer

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama tossed September 23 a physician’s complaint alleging 21 causes of action against his former employer, several hospitals, and individuals. The court said the “shotgun” style complaint didn’t sufficiently support any of the causes of action.
