New Mexico Physician Association to Pay $263,000 for Alleged Violations of FTC Consent Order

San Juan IPA, an independent physician association in Farmington, NM, agreed to pay a $263,000 to resolve the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC’s) allegations it violated a 2005 consent order to curb joint pricing with competing member physicians.
