OSHA Seeking Additional Comments on Permanent Standards for Protecting Health Care Workers from COVID-19

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has reopened the comment period and scheduled a public hearing on April 27 to seek additional input on a final standard to protect health care employees from COVID-19 in the workplace, according to a Federal Register notice (87 Fed. Reg. 16426). Written comments are due by April 22.
