New DOJ Guide Underscores ADA Protections for Individuals with Opioid Use Disorder

The Department of Justice (DOJ) issued April 5 new guidance to help people with opioid use disorder (OUD) who are in treatment or recovery understand how the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) protects them from discrimination in employment, health care, and participating in state or local government services and programs.
