U.S. Court in Minnesota Rejects Whistleblower Action Against Boston Scientific over Implantable Defibrillators

The U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota granted August 13 summary judgment to Boston Scientific Corp. (BSC) in a long-running qui tam action alleging its failure to reveal design defects in two of its implantable defibrillators caused the submission of false claims to federal health care programs.
