U.S. Court in North Dakota Grants Religious Employer Group Preliminary Injunction in Challenge over Gender Transition Care Coverage

The U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota preliminarily enjoined May 18 the government from enforcing federal nondiscrimination rules against members of the Christian Employers Alliance in a way that would require them to provide insurance coverage for “gender transition services.”
